This software conducts quality control screening of H & E histologic sections prior to pathologist evaluation and/or automated analysis. Algorithmic tools detect specific tissues, ensure that the pertinent structural components of each of the tissues are properly represented in the section, and conduct a histologic quality control screening of the glass slide to determine acceptability.
Folds, tears or knife marks that compromise subsequent histopathologic assessment are screened automatically based upon the criteria established by the client. |
