| SPC's closely held affiliate, Toxicologic Pathology Associates, Inc. (TPA) provides the backbone of pathology support for SPC's development effort. TPA, with a staff of 45 and founded in 2004, is a contract pathology-based company in Jefferson, Arkansas. It is the provider contract pathology research services for the FDA's National Center for Toxicological research (NCTR). This multiyear contract represents the largest client-site pathology effort sponsored by HHS. |
